Start with a free call if you want one. Most students book a free 30-minute call first to see whether we're a good fit and to get a plan for their role and rank. It's free and there's no obligation — but it's optional. If you already know what you need, book a session directly.

Unused sessions are refundable. Any session you've paid for but haven't taken yet can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Message me on Discord or email sagittarius.coach@gmail.com and it goes back to your original payment method.

Completed sessions aren't refundable, but they are guaranteed. Once a session has been delivered, the time is spent and can't be returned. Instead, this is my guarantee: if you finish your session and genuinely feel you got nothing out of it, tell me within 7 days and I'll coach you again free of charge until you do. I've delivered over 4,000 sessions and hold a 5.0 rating across 468 reviews. Your climb is my biggest priority.

Rescheduling is free with 8 hours' notice. Life happens and ranked can wait. Message me at least 8 hours before your session and we move it, no cost, no limit.

No-shows without explanation count as a completed session. The first time it happens we can reschedule for free, though.

That said, I'm a person, and I understand. If something genuinely outside your control got in the way, message me and tell me what happened. In practice I almost always give the session back. This rule exists so nobody treats my calendar as optional, not so I can charge you for a power cut.

Session credits expire. Single sessions and the Month Bundle expire 60 days after purchase — they're built to be taken as a continuous block, because that's what produces results. Longer programs get longer windows: the 6-Week Mentorship runs 6 months, and multi-month programs run up to 12. If something serious comes up — illness, exams, deployment — message me and I'll extend it. I've never refused a genuine request.

Most important. If something's wrong, message me first. I answer everything personally and I've never had a student I couldn't sort things out with. Doing things without contacting me closes your access to future coaching and to the Discord.
